The Topo® Athletic Ultraventure 5 Sneaker is a high-cushion trail runner designed for use on mild to moderate terrain and road to trail. The recycled mesh upper features strategically placed polyurethane (PU) print for added structure and durability in high-abrasion areas. The ZIP FOAM™ midsole offers a comfortable ride with lightweight response, and the Vibram® XS Trek EVO rubber outsole offers excellent multi-surface traction and durability for easy transitions from trail to road. This is very similar to the Ultraventure 4; the material of the upper is more dense, and warmer. The insole is slightly softer, the arch support in a little different place. The mid-part of the shoe is narrower overall on the Ultraventure 5, and the heel a bit looser. The outsole is excellent, one of the best features of this shoe along with the wide toe box. The toe box is still generous, just a slightly different shape. The color combinations are the weakest part; wish there were better options.

Glad Topo has these in a women's 12 W. Great fit and cushioning for someone that needs a wider & deeper toe box! Had purchased mens before. Love them too, but like the cushioning in the version 5 over the version 4.
