I've used many bottles of this cream before as it does help reduce itchiness when I have eczema rashes on my hands, but the formulation of the product must've changed because the lotion smells sour/off now. After rubbing in, the smell does go away but please bring back the old formulation! This would get a 4/5 usually but the smell is offputting.

I was so disappointed when I tried it out. I thought the formula was going to be the same as it was in the old packaging but they changed the formula completely it. This new version is HORRIBLE it smells like rotten eggs, the cream is so thick which takes forever to absorb into the skin and than it feels like you just used vaseline on your skin. You have no idea how devastating this new formula is. The old formula was a life saver when I started an irruption of eczema on my hands I used to put some before bed. When I would wake up in the morning it was also gone. GUYS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Skinfix bring back the old formula please, my eczema is begging you!!!!!
This cream has nice consistency and it's a rich moisturizer without feeling overly heavy. It is not enough for someone undergoing an eczema episode though. It's ok for reapplication after washing hands and throughout the day, but it is not healing enough, or occlusive enough for treatment. I applied it on my hand overnight, with cotton gloves, and my skin woke up dry. Now I keep it in my car so I can use it for reapplication, but I don't think I will repurchase. It's probably great for someone who is sensitive, gets dry in the Winter but doesn't actually have eczema.
A clean product that works well. I use it in the winter when my hands are really dry. I don’t have eczema but it still works well
I don't know how much it actually helps with eczema, but this saved my crazy dry hands through the winter. It is very thick so I only use it at night, but it does work well
(I bought this with my ow money. For some reason though it won’t let me post this without saying I received as a gift. But I did in fact purchase for full price) I am a hairstylist who is always in water and I have severe eczema and psoriasis. My skin is extremely dry especially in the winter and after work. This helped my eczema patches immediately and what I love is that it doesn’t feel greedy. It absorbs right away. I not only apply this throughout the day but I’ll put cuticle oil and this lotion on at night before bed and my hands never crack anymore!! Amazing
Definitely a must have!! My daughter suffers from extreme dry hands due to alot of hand washing, many other creams have not worked but after a couple of days of using she said she found relief and “cant without it now”

I suffer from severe eczema, I’ve been on a lot of different medications which thinned out my skin to the point where my hands would tear apart holding a toothbrush. I’ve tried many different products but this worked wonders for me. Unfortunately since I do suffer from severe dermatitis I used up the bottle quite fast.
