HYDRATE - Hydrating Balmy Rich Cream Refillable Moisturizer with Lipids + Ceramides

This hydrating cream is SUPER thick, too thick for my liking. It does a good job of moisturizing but I prefer a less thickening texture than this. If you don't mind the thickness, go for it.

I have very dry skin in my late 30s. I really like this cream moisturizer. It's thick but not sticky and my skin still feels moisturized the next morning if I out it on before bed. For the price this was a great purchase and I'll likely be buying it again. Better than most other OTC products I've tried. Not sure about the reviews saying the odor is strong, I can barely smell anything at all.

my skin is very dry but also acne-prone, so it's hard to find a product that's hydrating enough, doesn't cause my skin to break out worse, and targets the dry flaky patches I get after the breakout is starting to heal. the Sephora Collection Balmy Rich Cream is very hydrating, but it melts into the skin with ease, even without my skin being damp. I have found that instantly, my skin still feels soft, plump, and has fewer red patches. the refillable case is an added bonus, leaving me hydrated and eco-friendly!

Product was received as part of an educational promotion. This moisturizer is very thick and heavy. So if your skin isn't dry I wouldn't recommend. If you have a damaged skin barrier, this may be the best product for you. It will keep you moisturized for a long time. For this reason, I prefer it as a night time cream, as it will stay on all night long, and even the some the comes off as you sleep won't impact how moisturized your face feels by the morning. I did find this a bit too thick to wear during the day, especially while using other products like serums, toners and sunscreens. There isn't a noticeable scent to it, so for those with sensitivities this will be perfect.

One thing I am learning about my skin is the constant need for better hydration. This balmy rich cream is working wonderfully to keep my skin hydrated all day without clogging my pores. Using a product with lipids and ceramides has been a priority to help repair my skins natural barrier and give me glowing skin. This is a staple product I can use everyday

Great cream. I use this in the evenings on the nights i exfoliate and also on top of my tretinoin. This a great addition to my cycle. It has a great consistency, extremely moisturizing and hydrating. Love the product and the feel of it on my skin.

The Sephora Collection Balmy Rich Cream is just what the name suggests. I have dry skin and if I were using this during the winter, I think it would be a solid five stars. But I used it during the early summer in a warm, humid climate and found it a bit too much for my generally dry skin. This cream is rich and deeply nourishing, and it does feel nice going on my skin. It’s not the most elegant texture but I find it soaks in well, and it’s not too greasy. I like that the packaging if refillable, and I’m amazed at how small the packaging is for the size it carries.

I have extremely thirsty skin that is constantly dry and always looking for moisture. This moisturizer has a beautiful, rich texture and feels nourishing when applied. I love that it contains skin barrier supporting ingredients like ceramides and lipids, which make my skin feel softer and more comfortable. I live in extremely hot weather, I found that the hydration did not last as long as I hoped. My skin started feeling dry again and I needed to reapply it twice within an 8 hour period to maintain that moisturized feeling. For someone with very dry skin like mine, it provides good comfort but may need layering or a more occlusive product on top for all day hydration.Overall, it is a lovely barrier focused moisturizer, but my extra thirsty skin needs a little more staying power, especially in warmer climates. I liked how this product made my skin feel. My skin has not felt this hydrated in a long time. I did not really notice a scent to this moisturizer. I would continue using this product no matter what.
