This is truly an amazing product, I order this brand for the second time already and would be buying more because it works! Perfect blend of Fiber, great for the stomach function, not only for the ones with existing conditions, but for the prevention as well. Personally I like the flavour of cinnamon, but if you are not the fan, maybe consider the pure one.
love that this has triphala (spelling??) .. amazing for gut health.. fiber, probiotics, etc. - and actually tastes really good. make sure you drink it immediately, otherwise it will get gummy!

I absolutely love this brand and this product. Easy to mix in a glass of water, easy to drink and helps keep things moving. I feel good using an organic product and the fact that it is pre and probiotic is a huge bonus! Can recommend this enough. All flavors, even the unflavored is easy to drink.
My doctor said to include more fiber in my diet to help lower ldl cholesterol and help with bowel movements. I chose this brand because of the pre and probiotics and cinnamon flavor. The taste is more pleasant. The pre and probiotics help to heal the gut and cleanse the intestinal tract which reduces constipation. The composition of these ingredients is a winner to me!
I add a teaspoon on breakfast and some boiled water. Dissolves so easily. Beautiful cinnamon scent, and cinnamon has its own health benefits too. I believe the pre/pro-biotics are beneficial and certainly feels that way to eat. The addition of Triphala is fantastic. I have taken Triphala separately for years and find it to be of great benefit for digestion, absorption and elimination. If you are not familiar with Triphala I recommend reading up on it. You can't taste the Triphala in this product. Excellent and healthy product.
This high quality cinnamon is my favourite and I won’t buy anything else as it tastes delicious! This shaker bottle is perfect for sprinkling onto French toast or my cereal or using in any recipe as the shaker lid pops off to easily be measured out or to refill! I also love that this cinnamon comes in a glass bottle rather than a plastic one!
