I used this flour in making bread. It adds a nice dense texture and a nutty flavor. Use it like you would any wheat flour and adjust your liquids as needed. It is gentle on the stomach and tastes nice and healthy, in a good way.

Being that I'm on a specific diet, spelt flour was the best and only option for me. And I wasn't disappointed. I will only be using this flour from now on. I ended up making bread with it. Tasted very good.

I use this spelt flour in my homemade bread, waffles and muffins recipes. The quality of the flour is very good and the grind is quite fine not coarsely ground which I prefer for my baked goods. Spelt flour has many health benefits and not inflammatory even though it contains gluten.

I used it mainly for baked goods like cakes & cookies. It produces light and fluffy results with a slightly nutty flavor. The packaging is also good, with a resealable lid.

Spelt is my preferred flour and this brand is great, especially as it is organic. I like the packaging in that it is resealable but it's a bit tricky to get a measuring up inside.
