I make these things using rice flour: Russian Syrniki, Farmers cheesecake, ricotta Breakfast Cheesecake, healthy Breakfast Roll, pancakes, cupcakes, muffins, banana bread and more. *can be used in place of Starch in some recipes
I used to use another popular brand but then found out their farming practices were not what I wanted to ingest. I found Arrowhead Mills organic brown rice flour. Big difference, always smells fresh and cooked up so nice, whether its crepes or flat bread, also pie crust so delicious. You can't go wrong with this brand.
I love the brand itself as the quality of their products are always of high quality. For this brown rice flour, I tried using this to make sourdough which didn't work out too well, but the product itself was great! Please give a thumbs up if you find this useful
it is what it says it is. brown rice flour. works just as great as all the other rice flours i have used. organic is a plus though, and brown rice works better in gluten free baking than the white alternative. will certainly buy again
I found the texture to be just fine, not grainy or gritty at all! Believe me, the family would let me know if it was "too gritty". Great price. Definitely going to purchase in the future
