I was recently told by a doctor that I have a vitamin D, zinc and iron deficiency so I but this multivitamin as it had all three in it and it’s Halal certified, which is very hard to find in vitamins. Nowadays, I still haven’t tested myself to see if there was an improvement in the vitamins that I was lacking since I still haven’t finished this but overall I would say I’m feeling slightly better. I’m less sluggish and tired all the time although I do get nausea after taking this as I believe, the zinc percentage is a bit too high for me and it causes me to feel nauseous, have a headache, and sometimes a stomachache so I would take that into consideration if you’re unable to tolerate this much zinc, but I believe the rest are not responsible for this nausea and the price for the amount is really great so I would recommend this to any Muslim or vegan for that matter that want a good multivitamin
