I was looking for a complete multivitamin, with active versions of folic acid and B12, without extreme amounts of B2 and others, to moderately support my methylation cycle that had been compromised in the past, but that would also allow me to dose it in small quantities throughout the day. In this way, the body seems to take better advantage of many of the vitamins and minerals, while the activation of the metabolic processes produced is less abrupt but more sustained and therefore gentler. I should have read the description. Same effect as the chewable just slower. Nice packaging with cotton ball and tamper seal to prevention of contamination. Source of like makes me feel energized so the ingredients must be good quality. Take daily if you want to age gracefully. That's right! You like it

I buy this for my mother-in-law as she likes the quality of this multi-vit. She says it gives her more energy and she takes it daily. Her age is 83. I bought it in mini-tabs as it’s easier for her to swallow. The packaging has changed but the whole food ingredient has not.

bought these for granddaughter, as she is a ferry fussy eater. wanted to make sure she was receiving adequate vitamins minerals etc. NAture's Plus Source of Life vitamins seem to cover this concern of mine quite nicely! Granddaughter takes with food and seems to be thriving with energy and eating better, with no complaints of tummy ache from vitamin. Excellent ingredients! Am glad to have found them on iherb.

This is an excellent supplement for those who, like me, have a problem swallowing pills. The tiny mini-tabs are easily swallowed with water or taken in food. The balance of nutrients is excellent, with some high quality concentrated foods an added bonus. This is clearly a high quality supplement targeted at those who aim for optimal health. I use it to fill the nutritional gaps in my otherwise healthy eating plan. This ensures I have no nutrient deficiency. I highly recommend this multivitamin as it measured up very favorably against other high-end multivitamins that I encountered in my research to find the best available on the market.

I'm very happy with this Multivitamin. The mini-tabs really are very easy to swallow. The ingredients are non-synthetic, which is a welcome change as most multivitamin supplements contain at least some synthetic ingredients. I take just three a day (which is half the recommended dose) because my diet is generally nutritious and well-balanced. This multivitamin just fills in any gaps in nutrition. My only concern is that the Vitamins K and K2 are bundled together on the label and listed as contributing 67% of the Daily Value. They are two very different vitamins so they should be listed separately and the distinct % value given for each. Otherwise we have no way of knowing how much we need to get from other sources. Apart from this, I'll be staying with this multivitamin for a long time to come.

This multi vitamins contains many flavonoids like Quercetin, Inositol, Rutin etc. The cost is also very affordable. The capsule size is easy to swallow, but we need to take 6. I take 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening with food. Didn't feel much difference after taking this.
