LOL After researching the Probulin company, I decided to give it a shot. WOW. It took about a month of daily dosing (one a day) but then it kicked in and everything has been A+ since then. An alternate way to get B12 and it's levels up aside from just taking the usual B12 supplement. Let the body make it. This particular probiotics helps the body makes more vit B12. Good Quality ingredients are important to get benefits. Also helps support digestion and absorption by improving gut microbiome. May also help constipation issues. Capsule has no taste.

I usually get probulin colon health formula which is AMAZING. Accidentally got this one on my last order and its ok but no where near as good as their "colon support" formula. This is a great brand and is of good quality. Helps with digestion and your gut microbiome. Helps with constipation and diarrhea. But get their colon support blend, its 10 times better then this stuff.

Very high potency probiotic with an extensive mix of strains. I suffer from frequent indigestion and this has helped a lot and I really appreciate the seaweed barrier which protects the probiotic from stomach acid which makes it more effective. Overall very happy with this product, only complaint it the high price.

I had to be on antibiotics so then developed some issues with inflammation. I researched it and this probiotic has a specific strain that has been found missing in people with inflammation. I don't know if it worked yet but I plan to keep taking it. Inflammation is dangerous.

A very interesting composition of the probiotic, where there are even propionibacteria and saccharomycetes. I, however, did not notice any effect in anyone in the family. But the composition is interesting.
