Excellent white rice made mash with it, which is like baby food texture, since I have digestive trouble. Taste is great, very versatile. However, due to not knowing how this was kept and how long it was on a shelf, it NEEDS to be put in freezer for 7 days to get rid of all eggs & larvae of moths and weevils. I had a roommate who didn't, the kitchen was packed one day with flying moths that had escaped the pantry: it came from all her organic grain flours at room temp. Put in freezer right away when you get it. After that store in fridge, do not use for 1 hour after taken from freezer to fridge. Sack has ziploc. Excellent

I have found this has been a consistent flour for making gluten-free baked goods. The only issue is closing the package so we place it in another container to keep the leftover fresh. Gluten-free baking? Sure, if that's your thing. Definitely recommend.

This is a great flour substitute for brownies. The ingredients from Bobs are always quality. This is a decent size bag so will last a while.
