Added this to my gluten free pancake recipe and it worked out well. Added a bit of “brown breadiness” to the texture and flavour. Next step is to make an Ethiopian injera with it.

Great flour for use in gluten free baking. I've used it for muffins, brownies, bread, and pancakes to substitute in for some of the high starchy processed GF flour and it is wonderful giving you more fiber and nutrients. Tastes great too in the baked goods. Price is awesome for the amount in the bag. Quality is awesome. Has a long shelf life.
I use this flower in combination with other healthy flouers to make gluten-free bread. The taste is strong, so be aware of that. But it's extremely healthy for you
Gluten Free, makes a great "gruel" for breakfast with more protein than oatmeal. I make it savory with antioxidant herbs, spices, garlic and olive oil, and supercharge it with whey protein, seeds and nuts. It looks funky but tastes great! Very nutritious. Easy to use and store package.

Teff is highly nutritious. Is considered one of the best grains in the world for its high level of nutritious components. Glad that Red Mill carries this unique grain, which is difficult to find at stores.
