This is Great! SBO probiotics seem to work really well for me, I have chronic loose stools with "unexplained" cause. These capsules do improve my gut health for sure - less liquid "gargling" inside, most of the time I don't have any symptoms at all when I take them. As all other probiotics they don't stay too long in the gut and leave in a couple of weeks, but it does help when I take them.
