Very good quality polenta with a rich corn flavor and smooth texture when cooked. It’s easy to prepare and works great as a side dish or a base for many recipes.

I use to purchase the polenta that comes in a roll. Many times it would go bad before I got around to using it. However with this being a powder there isn't any chance of that happening, plus I have a couple of recipes I just came acroos using polenta that I can't wait to try.

I love Bob’s Reb Mills products a lot. I like how their products are made with natural ingredients. It’s my first time trying polenta and it’s very convenient to make. I just simply cook with milk and cheese to make a creamy porridge like polenta. It tastes so good and of great quality.

I love Bob Red Mills. I'll buy any food from them, and it's delicious. There are so many recipes you can do with this, even make cheesy grits. The size is great and the taste is delicious. I like to cook them in broth gives them more flavour.

This tastes great! My mom who is really picky about her grits, and doesn't typically enjoy polenta, loved the texture of this. We frequently eat this when we're going to have a lazy, cozy morning. The package is a little difficult to close, so that would be my main con, but it could easy be poured into another container.
