I think this is one of the best probiotics I have taken in a while. I’m very happy with the results however I did opt up the dosage and I’m taking twice a day on an empty stomach before meals. And I waited at least 30 minutes.
Ive been taking other brands of probiotics and this is the first time i ordered this brand since I’ve read in a review that this is good and need to see if it really is! And so far so good! Good quality, ingredients just right and can be taken even on an empty stomach. This size just right and this is a supplement i cannot do without!
