I have only started taking this supplement recently, after taking dim complex for years. It turns your urinr to an strange colour, i think there should be a warning about that, it freaked me out until i realised it was this supplement. So hoping it will help to remove any negative side effects from being on HRT.

I was recommended to take these alongside the testosterone meds that I have been prescribed recently. I don't have a pro or con on these, as I don't seem to notice any difference on my body when taking these EXCEPT that they cause my urine to be orange in the morning (I take the pills at night).

Love this. More so becuase it has both DIM and sulphorane. I also like it as it's only 1 pill per day. It helps me balance all the hormonal changes and keep all of the expected symptoms in control.
