This is the only gluten free flour that gives me my grandmothers flakey pie crust. It’s the easiest to work with pastries. No grit and smooth results with dough. The best 1:1 I’ve tried. If only they would sell it in Canada. I’ve lived in The USA for 10 years and had to King Arthur when I moved.

I have read good reviews about this one ! Apparently the top 5 of gluten-free flour! The quality and size of the package looks good and easy to use as well ! If the taste is good too I will buy this frequently! Need to find out more recipes for this !
I’ve tried a few different GF flours before but I find they all have an aftertaste. I did a lot of research and King Arthur kept coming up as a top choice. I use it in all my baking and it’s a fantastic substitute for regular flour. The baked goods come out like regular flour was used and the taste is great.
we are a gluten free household and this has made life so much easier! and all our fav recipes still taste just as good but now we feel good too!
Delivery of this GF flour was within a few days. I love this brand for its taste, easy to use as a substitute flour, packaging and size are very convenient.

The flour has a consistent, fine texture that works well in a variety of baked goods, from breads to cookies. I appreciate the trusted brand quality and clear labeling, which make it simple to use as a 1-to-1 replacement for regular flour in many recipes. Overall, this is a high-quality, versatile gluten-free flour that delivers reliable results in the kitchen.
I use this for most of my gluten free baking - cookies, cakes, pie crust. Works beautifully, the taste is good and the price is reaasonable.
This is probably my favorite one to one gluten-free flour. This is the third one I’ve tried and I think I would choose this first.
This flour is a total game-changer for gluten-free baking—I use it as a direct 1:1 substitute in all my favorite recipes. My chocolate chip cookies and banana bread come out with a perfect texture that no one believes is gluten-free. It's so convenient that I don't have to mix a bunch of different flours and starches myself. It's the only gluten-free flour I keep in my pantry now.
King Arthur’s Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour has become a key ingredient in my gluten-free baking. It’s high-quality and well-composed, with a reliable blend that works for cookies, muffins, and quick breads. I appreciate how consistent it is — it mixes easily, holds moisture well, and produces a nice texture in baked goods. I use it frequently, and it pairs well with other gluten-free ingredients like potato starch and yeast for best results. The flour is easy to work with and gives professional-grade results at home.
