I love the almond floor from Bob Red Mill! With it my cakes always look good and tasty. When I am using other brands almond flour it always disappoints me. So in order not to be be disappointed again i will always order only this flour :D its more expensive to me then buying in my store near me, but worth it!
Bob's Red Mill offers a consistent product that adds protein and fiber to my vegan baking. I have used this GF product for years as a 1:1 replacement for wheat flour with success, even as a coating for air fryer recipes. There is only a very slight flavor you may only notice if using it on it's own. I get the 2-lb bag and it keeps well in the fridge in my desert environment anyway.
