This flour is easy to work with and is a great addition to my Gluten Free flour that I make for bread and tortillas. If you can purchase it with one of IHerb's discounts - that is the way to go!
I make millet porridge with this and it’s delicious.
I like the fact that this is sprouted grain. It works wonderful for a sourdough starter because of the sprouted grain. I use this and brown rice flour to make sourdough bread and other recipes requiring sourdough. I’m glad I found it here.
