I normally use a Dutch probiotic that I put in lukewarm water for 15 minutes and drink on an empty stomic before bedtime. The price of this probiotic was OK and I wanted to try it. I could not find any info on the package about how to use it. So I dissolved it in Luke warm water and drank it on an empty stomic before bedtime. The next morning I woke up with a very very dry mouth and I was very very thirsty. My tongue was all white. Maybe I have not used it the right way. I will try taking one capsule during dinner. Have not noticed any benefits yet….
