Great strains of probiotics used. No weird fillers in ingredients. Size of pills are easy to swallow. Gut benefited. These strains are good for gas, constipation and bloating. 30 Bill CFU isn’t technically a “clinical therapeutic level”. Used it after being on a stronger probiotic for some time and need a maintenance dose. Recommend taking with food for better absorption.
I have noticed a huge improvement in my digestion after only a couple of days. A bit pricey. Warning: huge jar and only 30 pills on the bottom. Looks a bit weird but it’s been like that every time I buy it.
Renew life offers great quality probiotics, decent price, good ingredients and vegan as well. Thats what I’m looking for. Good packaging, dark glass jar prevents the sunlight and keep supplements’ quality. Delayed release is a great method when it goes into our body. My husband is using it while he’s having his ulcer and it helps his stomach. Definitely buy again next time and recommended to my friends and family 🙏👍❤️
I've taken probiotics are different times but this is the first time in years that I can feel the benefits. Better gut health and acid reflux (for now at least) completely gone. Not inexpensive but worth it. 30 Capsules, 1 month's supply. Taken in the morning before eating. Time released capsules a big benefit. No side effects for me. Very small capsules makes swallowing no problem at all. Will continue to use this brand.

I got these to see if they would help with some gastroenteritis and it does seem to help a little bit. I like that you get the great quality of the brand in a decent size with clean ingredients. I was happy to find it does not require refrigeration. It’s not as strong as seed or other brands but it does help.
I believe Renew Life, Extra Care Ultimate Flora is a good quality brand. Its ingredient contains ten probiotics which can benefit our gut microbiome. The capsule has a very tiny size and no taste, so it is easy to swallow. I purchased this supplement some time ago and really waited to write a review just because I wanted to make sure I could observe any results. Though I didn't. This is why I rate it an average.

I tried this product, hoping for improved digestion and gut balance, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any real changes after finishing the bottle. It was easy to take and caused no side effects, but for me, it didn’t deliver noticeable benefits. It might work differently for others depending on their gut health needs.
