Gluten Free Our Non-GMO Pledge Vegan Vitamin Supplement Vegetarian Formula Essential B-Vitamins Vitamin B-12 is found in a variety of foods like fish, meat, and eggs; however, some people who may eat these foods regularly may not get enough essential vitamin B-12 in their daily diet. Nature’s Truth® Fast Dissolve B-12 2,500 mcg ensures you’re getting enough of this important vitamin each day. B Vitamins are water-soluble, meaning they metabolize at a much faster rate in your body. Likewise, water soluble vitamins exit your body just as quickly as they were absorbed. Since our bodies neither produce nor store water soluble vitamins, we need to consistently nourish our systems with those vitamins daily. Our B-12 fast dissolve tablets can provide you with the peace of mind that you are meeting the daily requirement for Vitamin B-12. Additionally, these delicious berry flavored B-12 Vitamins are packed with Folic Acid, another daily essential vitamin.

Great taste and size
Easy to chew, and since I need B12 and folic acid, I will order again. The package was good and it smells good as well. I haven’t noticed the effect yet. I wish that this site specify if the ingredients are halal or no and save our time. No idea if it affects metabolism and nervous system.
