I am sooooo happy to finally have found a useful B12 dosage. I must take B12 daily and the lower dosages required I take lots of tablets each time ... This is great. Wish the amount of tablets in each plastic jar was more though .. 30 is a bit low. In any case, I'll be reordering
Overall a great alternative. Quality, size, ingredients.. i do prefer Now’s version being more easily dissolved but this was ok. I take it for nervousness system, feet tingling, anxiety, immune system and red blood cell (anemia) wish i started with it earlier. Felt effects immediately. Had severe deficiency.
