I'm a fit girl and needed some electrolytes during my workout to make my muscles grow and especially glutes which are a priority.:) Blueberry is a good taste of electrolyte drink and gives you many benefits not only hydration. It's a good source of vitamin C and E and drinking it during or before the workout is a good idea due to it's ingredients. Package is big and it's enough for 10 workouts in my case. The size of each package is small and easy to carry with you when going t training to the gym or doing any other sport activity. Will buy again! THUMBS UP if you like my review!

Clean ingredients the quality taste size is great and the hydration benefits are high helps with increased fluid intake. And electrolytes replenish the packaging is good wish it had more packs per box at the price but the benefits definitely out way that. Have used these for years. the taste is pretty good, though the plain citrus flavor is better. A bit expensive for what you get but nothing beats the convenience.

I bought this for 3 day events such as festival or raves to make sure I get hydrared. The packaging is convenient and it benefits me a lot from having fatigue or dehydration the next day. Ive never used if after work out or training but im guessing it gives a bit of the same effect for hydrating.
