I purchased this product for the combination of Methyl B12 and L-Methylfolate, especially helpful for those with MTHFR variations. The lozenges dissolve easily and taste pleasant, and the ingredient list is clean. I definitely noticed increased energy and mental clarity. However, taking a full lozenge at once felt a bit overstimulating for me (slight restlessness / difficulty relaxing), so I now take a smaller amount, which works very well. If you are sensitive to methylated supplements, I recommend starting with a low dose and adjusting gradually. Overall, very good quality product.

I did notice some energy boost. But my B12level didn’t go up. Several doctors n a biochemist have told me that it takes about 3 months intake to see the difference in the blood test. Although I did take for about 3 months, it wasn’t a daily routine, bcs It.s sweet, which I don’t enjoy. The reason I got it is bcs the formulation includes ‘Quadrafolic’ n is really good. The xylitol, which is enough to keep me away is a total disaster. I don’t get it why they would compromise the quality that much.

I've been using these lozenges for several months now to get my B12 and folate up. They've been working as my most recent labs reflect that. I only take a half a tab a day under the tongue until it dissolves.
