DAO Enzyme , 90 Capsules

This product has helped me so much. I was suffering constant acid indigestion esp at night. I had tried traditional "fixes" my doctor suggested, like the common proton pump inhibitors, but did not want to take them forever. A functional medicine doctor highly recommended this particular product, so I felt good about the quality . I also went on a low histamine diet to help my healing. Within a few days of taking the Histamine Block before each meal, I began to notice an improvement. So I've been taking it regularly for over a month. Now I can sleep thru the night, even lying flat on only one pillow. I can eat pretty much a normal diet as well and have even skipped a supplement with no bad results. I think my overall digestion has improved and possibly some other allergies that I had have diminished. I'm very pleased with my results. I've just ordered my second bottle and a third one as back up.

The ingredients are high quality, and I like that it’s free from common allergens like gluten, dairy, and soy. It contains DAOgest®, which seems to work well for me. I trust the brand because they focus on clean, science-backed supplements. I recommend Histamine Digest if you have histamine intolerance. It works best when you also follow a low-histamine diet. It can be a little expensive if you take it daily, but for me, it’s worth the cost to avoid uncomfortable reactions. I always keep a bottle with me, just in case.

I haven't really figured it out yet, how and if it works on me but since I have MCAS and huge issues with histamine, I decided to give it a try. Let's see over a slightly longer period of time, if there will be any improvements. So far, at least it doesn't make things worse.

I use this daily and love purchasing from iHerb because it is the most fresh, or at least you know the exact expiration date. I stopped purchasing directly from Seeking Health because they are now withholding that information. It's a shame but I will happily keep supporting iHerb, instead.

This is the most potent DAO I have used. I have terrible histamine intolerance and gut issues which exacerbate my autoimmune issues. This is helping a lot.
