With very good quality, with very well selected and combined ingredients, with benefits for good digestion, good absorption of food in the intestines, against constipation. For better results - I take 1 capsule on an empty stomach - between lunch and dinner or the night before bed, after at least 3 hours of a light dinner.
helps with my constipation, where I am able to go daily. it could be due to location, at the later stage where i am left with a few pills, all had turned yellow. But it does not seem to affect the effects. great quality. consists of both pre- and probiotics, which helps reduce the need to take 2 pills. and has 60 pills, which is good for the price for 2 months.
