if you're looking for an iron without side effects that will be good i usually have bad side effects from the Pills but The taste is not the best and it makes sense its iron but its good
My son’s blood tests showed that he was iron deficient, and after reading many reviews, I decided to try this supplement. What I liked most is that it comes in liquid form, which makes it very easy to give to a child. I thought I might need to mix it into food or drinks if necessary, but fortunately he takes it without any problems because he actually likes the taste. I should also mention that I have already noticed a difference after just one week. He has become more active, gets tired less easily, and seems to have noticeably more energy.

Great option for supplementing with iron. Taste is ok, and it is very easy to take and digest. I'm not an expert, but after spending a few hours researching, it seems the ingredient choice and combination is top quality for absorbability / bio availability. It even includes dosing for pregnancy, which is very practical.

I don’t know yet if it’s helped my iron deficiency/anemia as I haven’t gotten my levels tested since trying it, but I like that it hasn’t caused me any constipation or other side effects other than darkened stool. I like the taste too.
This tastes good, doesn't hurt my stomach unless on a complete empty stomach, and I take it when I can. So far I have no issues and will update if it helps with my low iron.
