This I haven’t started using this supplement yet, but am excited to try. It’s a good quality company and great ingredients with lots of benefits for women’s health. It comes in nice packaging. I don’t know if it has a taste but it sure is good for gut microbiome.

I have a lot of belly issues. Used to be I didn’t like going anywhere due to those issue but this probiotic is helping a lot. If you have IBS I recommend taking it. They have one for men too!!

It is hard to find a womens probiotic and this seems to have the things that are important to me. I took liquid probiotics before starting so i did not struggle with the (normal) initial gut response. I only wish they made bigger bottles for a longer supply. Price is great on iherb and shipping is awesome too. Highly recommend both product and seller

I’m generally satisfied with this probiotic. My body handles it well, and I feel comfortable taking it daily. The price is on the higher side, but I’m hopeful that the quality justifies it. I do wish the packaging included more capsules, as 30 seems a bit low for a product in this price range. That said, I’m optimistic that it will help with my hormones and deliver the benefits it promises.
