I love this supplement. The quality is amazing and doesn’t require refrigeration. I love the fact that you take one a day. The dosage is high and it helps me deal with mild vaginosis. After not taking it for a few days the itching and discomfort is back. I’m definitely ordering it again.
A good brand, I hope their probiotics are effective too. I also take a probiotic from Culturelle at the same time, and I can't tell if Nordic Natural has a distinct effect.
