This enzyme formula helps me to be able to digest & enjoy my foods at meal times. Andrew Medical is a new brand for me, but I think I’ll be reordering this supplement all the time. I like that it’s just one or two capsules per meal. It helps me not bloat so much!

These Fodmap DPE enzymes are fantastic! I have suffered from multiple food intolerances (grains, dairy, some fruits & veges) for decades. Once I started taking Fodmap DPE, I noticed an improvement in nausea, bloating & other bowel symptoms. I still experienced mild abdominal cramps when eating dairy products so started taking some extra lactase enzymes. Taking a combination of Fodmap DPE & the extra lactase enzymes means I can now eat a normal, balanced diet containing grains, dairy, fruit & veges with no gastrointestinal flareups. Amazing! As I had severe SIBO condition, I had difficult time digesting FODMAP foods. Although I took low FODMAP foods, there are still hidden FODMAP ingredients in some food. This supplement benefits me a lot in digesting FODMAP ingredients. Though it's quite expensive, this enzyme worths the price. The taste and size of capsule is good (small)

These don’t make my stomach bubbly and swollen. I haven’t experienced that with high FODMAPs for over 17 years. No taste and easy to swallow. Only thing is the price, they are so expensive for the amount you get. That’s why I don’t take them for every meal
I've had digestive problems for many years with FODmap foods. Since I started using FODmap DPE when the meal has these foods, my problems are less.
I used to only rely on histamine-focused supplements but this supplement was heavily recommended, so seeking this out. Hoping it will help with Sibo related issues, including histamine reactions. From the looks of it, the ingredients seem high quality and honest. It's a bit pricey but I don't need to take a high dosage so I'm conservatively hopeful.
