I have found this product beneficial as an addition to my prescription anti- depressant. My GP is aware of the use here-of. I am currently on 20 mg twice a day. On occasion I will forget a dose and have taken this with my next dose thus 40 mg as a single dose without any noted side effects. I have personally not noted any adverse effect other than slight increase in thirst.
