Lithium Orotate, 20 mg, 90 Vegetable Capsules

I can’t believe I’ve never taken lithium before! I’ve taken may anti anxiety medications and meds for adhd, but this has profound effects on anxiety and depression!! Wow! Intake 2 capsules every day. I was pleased about the size and the potency. The quality is spot on!

I have been taking 20 mg of lithium orotate before bed every night for a little over a year. Tried quite a few brands of the 5mg and had to take 4 every night. These are much easier as it is one and the effect works faster. The price is good and they easily replace any other more expensive brands that I have taken. Update: Been taking them for a year and they are amazing!

Im taking AD but always felt something missing. I did some research and found Lithium to be great mood stabiliser , unfortunately my doctor was not ready to prescribe me lithium carbonate. I found this product and I think i have found my missing piece😊 I take 20mg 2x a day and my symptoms are gone. I feel a lot more stable.I think its great quality product for great pice.

Lithium has been shown to stave off mental decline due to aging. For this purpose, Lithium Orotate seems to be superior to other forms of lithium

It’s hard to find brands that has 20mg, furthermore is more affordable than taking 4x5mg. But if you’re someone new to Lithium Citrate, get the smaller dose ;)

I buy this for my mother, who's starting to get first signs of dementia. I cannot say much about the effects of it on her condition, but the fact that the dosage she needs is all in one capsule is great, as I can't count on her memory to take 4 capsules daily, as the previous Lithium brand required (5mg).

I take it often to slow down the brain size shrinking and support brain functions. The dose is good, no need to take a few 5mg pills very day, one is enough.

My family, friends and I have benefited immensely from this supplement. It provides excellent support for our mental balance and overall well-being. The 20 mg capsules are perfectly dosed and work fantastic for us. To my great disappointment, I recently noticed that it can no longer be shipped to the EU. This is a direct result of the new, strict EU regulations regarding food supplements, which unfortunately block the import of this specific product. It is incredibly frustrating and a huge shame that a product that works so well for us has suddenly become inaccessible due to these rules. 5 stars for the product, but severely disappointed by the current regulations!
