The form and the quality is wonderful. I also like the doses of the ingredients, the size is also suitable for small children.

I buy them for my 3 kids. They love them. I like them that they also have probiotics and that they are sugar free. I would make a suggestion to Garden of life to add B6 for better absorbtion of magnesium, and with this it will be the perfect magnesium.

I got this item mainly for the Pre and Probiotics and the fact it has Magnesium was a bonus! I wanted a gummy as i already take enough supplements and pills....While i just got this and haven't yet seen the benefits, i am hopeful to begin to see them. The texture of these gummy's are TBH a lil strange and firm and the smell is a lil off putting (think of that smell when you open your bottle of Multi-Vitamins, but not too bad....however the flavour! WOW Impressed! I look forward to updating this review once this has had time to work its magic!

Tried both orange cream and peach, I personally like orange cream more. So far so good. A little sweet and sticky. It’s a treat for myself before sleep.

The gummies are excellent, with a fairly mild taste. My children don’t eat many sweets or strongly flavored snacks with colorings, so these suit them very well. I give them one gummy in the evening before bedtime, and I’ve noticed they are less restless during sleep. We like them and recommend them.

these magnesium-centric gummies are a nice way to recover post-exercise and to help you rest. wonderful that they have the prebiotics and probiotics with them. the taste is pleasant though i think i prefer the raspberry.

My kid takes this and actually thinks it’s a candy! It’s easy to chew, gentle on the stomach, and helps with relaxation and calm sleep. Love that it’s a high-quality supplement my child enjoys taking.
