unfortunately my daughter has to take magnesium on a regular basis and she uses but she doesn't really like it. it seems to be high quality though because the effect is quite immediate. I'm a little bit concerned about the texture and the ingredients because it's almost like a soda pop candy and these are not really healthy so I'm not sure I'll buy this again
