I order for my 5 year old daughter, as she had problems with sleep. Every evening, before bed, I give her 2 chewing candies. Sleep improved, she began to sleep the whole night without waking up. The child became much calmer. The vitamins are very tasty, they smell like cherries, so it will not be difficult for the child to eat them. The jar is enough for a month and a half.
We started giving 1–2 tablets in the evening before bed, and within a week or so I noticed my child seemed calmer and falling asleep more easily, which was one of the main reasons I bought them. A lot of other parents online have mentioned better sleep and reduced restlessness too.
The composition is quite good—but the taste is quite strong, so it may not be suitable for kids who don’t eat many sweets or strongly flavored snacks with colorings. The flavor was too intense for chewing, but it was more acceptable when sucked. We will look for magnesium with a milder taste.
