Super gentle, super tasty like candies. I am using for myself, even tho is for kids good as well. I am taking occasionally 3 chews and they work well after 5-6 hours. Not actually in 30 min btw. But no cramps or something afterwards, so great
My son has chronic constipation and has had since being very young. We have tried everything suggested through NHS - Laxido/Movicol, trying to get him to drink more, exercise etc with absolutely no change. He hated the taste of movicol and having to mix it in a drink just made the avoidance worse. So he had been 5 weeks without passing a stool, someone mentioned these were good in a group so I though might as well give it a try. OMG they worked! AND he is now taking 2 a day and is having regular bowel movements every few days - I can't believe it. Crossing my fingers that this will continue.

Great quality product and has very precise ingredients which worked really well towards the bowel movement for 10 years old and provide sence of relief from constipation, has the great taste, using it on regular basis. For 10 years old using 2 chews and usually worked within 4 hours and provides the comfort from constipation and soften up the bowel movement.
This product tastes great, little chalky. I use half a chew for my 3 year old after she hasn't been to the toilet for a few days (she has a restricted diet). They are good quality with good ingredients. You get loads in a pack which have lasted over a year! Great short term fix.
