Perhaps one of the best Magnesium products I’ve tried so far , the quality is excellent , the pill size compared to others ( which some were practically choking hazards ) is very good. The packaging was also excellent , Ive been using this to get a better nights sleep along with Apigenin and to also relieve some of my chronic back pain and it has really helped me the last few months. i have been using Magnesium for years . i read that Bisglycinate is the best, but for me it wasn't/ i had muscle cramps while using much more than when i use the Citrate
