I didnt notice any weird aftertaste and it just felt like a simple way to fit magnesium into my routine without big capsules.

I give to my kids to calm down. don't know if it works or not but they like it. we use it everyday and it helps me and kids. we use it with calcium supplement.

Although I am glad to be getting more magnesium and have avoided the extreme cramping in the middle of the night that led me to buy magnesium gummies, the flavor of these gummies leaves a lot to be desired. The mango flavor in particular is just blech, and both flavors of gummies are chalky and the mouthful is not good.
