It didnt do anything great for me but if you have a problem digesting food, bloating etc. I recommend taking it. If you are consuming a lot of bloating food like (raw) vegetables, this will probably help. This is something I would definitely like to take 1 min before starting a huge post gym meal. I feel my stomach gets empty faster when I take it :d This particular quality product has asmall sized package, includes various enzymes as ingredients, benefits the gut, intestines; digestive system health. It has no taste or smell.

I've had a lot of undigested fiber after flushing the toilet lately. Taking this with my meal saw massive improvements - very little to non undigested fiber in the toilet. The price is also reasonable and the best part is that they do not add in ox bile together with the enzymes, which can be counterproductive.

I have to use a digesti v e enzyme with every meal and these work fine. good quality. ingredients were good too. even had a lactase enzyme included. some brands don't. I will say with digestive enzymes I am not brand loyal. price and experience go into my decision of what to buy. good product though a little $$$.

These are really high quality, I like that they handle the vegetarian things I eat, like fibrous foods and veggies and nut butters. It doesn’t do anything for dairy for me, not that I can take it and suddenly eat dairy though. My stomach feels better with this and a meal, sometimes I take extra if I feel I need it. I just listen to my body. These are easy to take, and small. They have no taste that I can detect. I’d say they really help my gut and intestinal processing. The ingredients seem very high quality.
