Great! Whichever ailments I have, when I call her she always tells me to take more of this. But I rarely do because it tastes like candy and causes me to crave food. I don't really notice any difference but when I first started it, I was severely deficient and it helped a lot with balance. It doesn't help with tinnitus or anything like that.

Unless you have MTHFR or need a mega dose of B 12, you may want to start with a smaller dose, which Jarrow also offers. I do use this one due to MTHFR I have used this for years and rotate with Jarrow's B12 and Folate
