Ox Bile, 60 Capsules

Ox bile is a great ingredient to supplement for digestion of fats, beneficial for many of us as we get older have issues producing enough bile. Fats and fatty foods are very hard to digest and cause slow motility. Supplementation of ox bile has helped many so I’m giving this a try. Take one capsule before food, heard that it should be taken separately from betaine hcl, which is right before meal. This has iron as well, low dose so i don’t mind. Otherwise it is usually not recommended to take iron as a supplement. But no harm for those suffering from slow digestion to try ox bile. Taste is fine. Benefit is helping with breakdown of fats
