First time taking a vitamin spray after reading how much more efficiently the B is processed by the body. Very pleasant flavour. Have repurchased. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that it does "seep" a little after usage and need wiped.

These drops are potent and have a very strong taste and leave a burning feeling under my tongue. I might go back to sublingual tablets when I finish the bottle.

Effective potency and raised my lab levels and helped my nervous system. I’m not giving 5 stars because it is slightly warming with ginger and pepper that can be too hot for some to hold under tongue, especially if someone has pernicious anemia and related sore tongue. But otherwise works well and lasts a long time in the fridge after opening. Taste is ok and easily palatable. High quality ingredient list, in a good size package that lasts long to deliver energy boost to your metabolism. I did not get a niacin flush and I don’t know about the folic acid content. Yes it works but I’m not a fan of the spiciness considering it is meant to be held under tongue for a while to increase absorption -would not be good for sore tongue or mouth from b12 deficiency.
