The Bluebonnet Vitamin C is a great value in terms of quantity and ingredients. It's a plus that it comes in a glass bottle that is dark color to preserve the integrity of the capsules and ingredients. This vitamin C is easy to take and great that serving size is one capsule.

What is especially important to me is that is non-GMO. I also like that it contains a natural form of vitamin C, the rose hips ingredient, which i believe aids absorbtion. The amount per capsule, 1000 mg, is also convenient, so i can adjust on days when i need more of less.
