D3 + B12 Gummies, Raspberry, 60 Gummies

These are great chewable gummies. I have one daily midday. The B12 gives me energy with the added benefit of extra D3. I like the Raspberry because its sugar free. But its a more sticky than the Strawberry that has added sugar. Either way very tasteful and an excellent addition to my daily vitamin routine. I also have my 85 year old mother take one a day since besides age she suffers from fatigue. She enjoys as well.

MaryRuth D3 and B12 raspberry gummies taste great and are enjoyable to take daily but the actual nutrient doses are on the lower side compared to capsule alternatives. Convenient for those who struggle with swallowing tablets or capsules. The raspberry flavour is pleasant with no artificial aftertaste. However for serious supplementation gummies are generally not the most efficient delivery method. A decent product but more of a lifestyle supplement than a serious health product.

My toddler likes them a lot , he is 2 and eats them very easily.

I finished 2 packages, not sure if the effect is there. Maybe it's too small/unstable to support a vegan during Swedish winter - the luck of sun is terrible. The size is decent, I like when the dosage is just one gummy once a day, and the supply is there for 2 months. It's tasty for vitamin gummy, but not tasty for being a treat - which I guess is a benefit and it doesn't make me snack on them ;)

Excellent product quality, with the best ingredients! As vegan from birth, my kid is using it mostly as only supplement. This is without sugar substitute, so little bit without flavor but still good and better for health! Good size of a gummy too. My kid often wants more 😁
