I took this for 2 days but was having a lot of bloating. Not sure if it’s a die-off reaction, or if it didn’t agree with me. I take this brand in another supplement & like it a lot! So I’m going to try it again in a couple weeks, & see if I handle it a bit better. I really like the fact that it’s a butyrate supplement that is supposed to help keep your gut in good shape.

Great price for this product. Capsules look weird - like they got melted or something, or else they are too big for how much product is in them so they only look half full... not really sure. Not super sure about effectiveness, its hard to tell when you change more than one thing about your supplements routine at once lol ( like I did: ) but I don't feel different after switching off the name brand expensive ones my dr had me on, so i guess that's good.
