This actually helped
I’ve dealt with recurrent yeast overgrowth and all sorts of digestive issues for a while. I’ve never been quite convinced by probiotics- until I took these. My issues noticeably decreased when I started taking these and came back when I paused for a couple weeks. So, I think these are actually helpful. Highly recommended, along with dietary and lifestyle changes, of course.

This has the same spore probiotic strains as another "mega" brand, however it doesn't specify the quantities. With another brand I could feel the difference within 20 min after taking it, with this I don't really feel any change. I do have dysbiosis and feel it in my belly, this perhaps does the job long term, but it doesn't work for me immediately like the other brand.
