The quality of the digestive enzymes are great. They worked very well for any type of meal, easy on the stomach and help digestion. The ingredients cover all the macronutrients (fat, carb and protein) along with more support with common enzyme deficiencies (I.e; lactase). Only thing I didn’t like is the bottle has 30 capsules but a dose requires 2 capsules. So that’s only 15 doses. Several other brands have the same ingredient composition at relatively the same price for 30 capsules.

I really love this product, it is my first time but when i tried it i swear after you take it the gas and bloat go away and makes your food go down. When i read about the ingredient it is all vegan and clean. The size of the package is great great great .

I’ve been using this for over 10 years! I can’t go without it. I use this with another digestive enzyme but really like this one because it’s got peppermint, ginger, fennel, and triphala which all help with GI issues. Thank you for carrying this at a great price for so many years, iHerb!
