This Source of Life Multivitamin is my most favorite multivitamin. I feel more energetic compared to other brand's multivitamin. The mini tabs are easy to swallow.

I have been using this product since 1996. I like the amount of actual product that is absorbed by the body. Great energy and circulation results.

I've been using the regular-sized tablet of this multivitamin for decades; this is the best multi ever and has helped a lot with immune support and suspected iron deficiency. But these mini-tabs changed my life! So easy to swallow, and easier to change the dosage for my daily needs.

Nature's Plus, Source of Life Multivitamin and Mineral is a high quality tablet with many ingredients active to help every day. I can practically feel it working in my body and it feels like I am doing the best for myself when I use it. I've tried other multivitamins before but this is my favorite one.

Great supplement for several reasons: first of all you can split the 6 servings taking 3 in the morning and 3 at noon (works great for me). On days when you already feel fit you can use even less. Excellent quality supplement!

Mini tabs contain a very comprehensive range of nutrients that are absorbed well due to wholefood base. Being able to take a mini-tab with each meal ensures nutrients absorption and assimilation is spread throughout the day for better health. Excellent level of Vitamin D for those living in a northern European part of the world. Packaging is well designed and easy to seal and open. The colourful graphics on the label enhance self- motivation to maintain regular intake. It is a high quality product....... but I do prefer to crush each tablet before administration with a tablet crusher. I have been consistently used this product for over a decade and would never swap to a different multi vitamin and mineral. The product contains spirulina in a useful quantity which no doubt aids absorption. The B complex and Vitamin C levels are perfect meaning that no separate supplement of these nutrients is required (which is cost effective).

I first tried it 12 years ago, and everything was better. Hair, nails, etc. While I am not sure about absorption since a lot of the ingredients compete with each other (hence the high doses for the daily recommended serving), I am satisfied with the product and will repurchase.

This a long list of everything your body needs. Thank you for making small tablets. You have to take 6 a day but I do it in divided doses. A lot easier to swallow than the big tablets. It does come in liquid too. It’s a little more money but it beats taking other supplements to make up for the name brands don’t have. Great potency for the money. Source of life has great quality supplements.
