I tend to think the most important thing about using probiotics is to use different ones all the time. I've also been told that the ones to buy are the ones where the different strains are named. I am trying these ones for the first time and so far they do seem to be making a difference.

Maybe the most potent. I regularly use Dr. Ohhira's. I used to take Now Gr8-Dophilus and Jarrow. But I haven't found one better that Nature's Plus. I could feel the good bacteria from the start, working on my candida. Make sure to REFRIGERATE to maintain efficacy. It will stay strong as long as you do.

I bought this with the expectation of high potency. It is not. It claims to have 40 billion and yet there are only 120 mg of viable bacteria. It did nothing to help my digestion. The pills are huge. I had to open it to add it to something. Don't be fooled by the word ultra or 40 billion.
