Methyl B12, 1,000 mcg, 60 Lozenges

I just got these, bottle is double sealed which is nice, I've order other vitamins and they had no seal! I got a low dosage because im very sensitive and I want to see how these play out for me. For anyone saying these don't work, it's not that they don't work, you probably just need a highier dosage. It's not the company/pills fault you didn't do much research before hand. Recommend daily dossage is 2.4mg and these lozenges only contain 1. I plan on taking 2 if I don't notice much of a difference in energy levels with just 1. I also got these because I read that two natural forms of B12 are in 1 capsules and it works best with both vs just 1. Look it up before you buy. This is best for my preference. The flavor is nice, I let the B12 dissolve under my tongue. They taste like orange. I would eat them all like candy lol. ( Flavor is mild not too intense) I do have a little more engery , I think. I mean I'm usually sleep by 9 pm and its 12am and I'm up writing this review lol. I have a slight erg to stay occupied.

I took this when I was more sick and needed an energy boost to get through the day. I felt it was really helpful. I didn't take it every day, just when I felt more sluggish in the morning. It tastes good, too, as it comes as a little lozenge that you let dissolve in your mouth. I have recommended it to several others, as well. I no longer have energy issues, but if I did I would consider using this again.
